    Always great service and the coffee is extra hot

    What a shame when I first started going here for a coffee etc over 2 years ago it was such a great place I'd go in for coffee and come out with lovely unusual clocks etc but after today when I asked for a xtra hot soy latte as I don't like luke warm coffee I was bluntly told no you can't ? And had it explained to me why ? After all I've never had a soy latte before! That the milk can't be heated over 40° so I explained that I Just want it hot ! Anyway so I just gave up and said forget it I don't want one then , what happened to customer service?? Yes the boss heard all of this told the staff to make it for me no apologies though and I will be finding a new cafe when going to Tully thanks
