  Jess and Alex give great customer service and are very knowledgeable, helpful, honest and thorough with servicing our vehicle and tyre sales and checks. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to service their vehicle, buy new tyres or have them checked/rotated/balanced. We are locals to the area and will not be taking our vehicle anywhere else, as you can't go past Jess and Alex at Tyreplus Tully :)

  In March this year, 2012, my nissan patrol gu II unfortunately needed lots of TLC. Alex the mechanic, and I think, owner, provided me with a great courtesy car for two days as I live in the Kennedy valley 50 ks away. Yes, it cost a bit, every single fluid, belt, were replaced and given back to me as I had requested, undertaking the Canning Stock Route I wanted everything top shape. All hoses at my request replaced and returned as asked. An overheating problem other mechanics had told me was a head gasket, thousands to fix, Alex diagnosed and fixed simply by a new radiator, that alone saving $4000 plus. The after care advice on a hundred questions, even from interstate, all were answered, no charge and cheerfully. Alex also made me aware of the inherent faults of my ZD30 motor and when towing after installing egt gauge he'd recommended, I was able to back off the accelerator when watching gauge, I otherwise would have needed a $20.000.00 new motor. Look, after twenty-five years with mechanics, these guys, and Alex, his wife and mother, run the most transparent trustworthy mechanical business I've EVER encountered. I cant rate the guys highly enough, and I've had a lot of cars, this my first deisel. Seriously, I'm sounding too good to be true, maybe, but you wouldn't last long in Tully if you weren't honest. Ten outta ten and forever grateful. If it's a couple of hundred k's, my car will NEVER go anywhere else but the guys here. Thanks heaps Alex, Jess and mum Terri and mechanics. Andrew Stewart.
